Where we ship
BelloMia ships within the United States.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. It is already included in the price you see on the product page, so the total at checkout is the price of the dress plus tax.
How long it takes
Our pieces ship from two warehouses, and the one your dress comes from decides the timing:
- Items held in the United States: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Items from our overseas warehouse: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, over a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
Buying for a specific date? Write to us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within 15 business days, email gbcollective.mb@gmail.com and we will chase it.
Addresses
Please check your address at checkout. Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it. If one comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather and holiday peaks happen. We will always tell you what we know.
