7-day returns

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. We would rather you send a dress back than keep one you never wear.

Why seven days

Seven days is long enough to try a dress on at home, in your own light, and decide. It is deliberately not long enough to wear it to the event and send it back afterwards. We would rather say that plainly than bury it in small print.

How to start one

Email gbcollective.mb@gmail.com with your order number and which item you are returning. We reply within one business day with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please wait for that number before sending anything back — parcels that arrive without one cannot be processed.

Condition

Items must come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags still attached. Try a dress on the way you would in a fitting room: over your own underwear, and before perfume, make-up or deodorant.

Returns that arrive worn, marked, washed, altered or without their tags cannot be refunded. We will contact you and send the item back at no charge to you, but the sale stands.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us. The instructions we send you include a prepaid label.

Your refund

Once the item reaches the warehouse and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change size or colour is to return the first item and place a new order, so the size you want is not held while a parcel travels.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We cover everything — return shipping and either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. That one is our mistake, not yours.
